Presented for the first time last year at the opening of the Beijing Design Week, Italian Living Experience is now open in Beijing, District 751, the Chinese hub for fashion and design.
The Italian corner in Beijing is aimed at promoting Italian image, creativity and excellence organizing gatherings and cultural events focused on design, architecture, art, fashion, antiques, and cuisine.
There are four people behind this project: architect Fabio Rotella, businessmen Mario Resca and antiques-experts Gabriele and Guido Gogna. Among partner companies we find Benetti Stone Philosophy, Centrica, IGuzzini, People&Projects, Consorzio Wylford and Silvia Ranzi Communication.
The Italian culture pavilion will open its doors to the public on June 28, and for this occasion Rotella's R-Collection will be on stage, showing China the way in which Italy believes the needs of emerging markets and the ones of more sophisticated users can find a satisfactory, and beautiful, compromise.
