Italianway emerges in Milan as an alternative initiative in the field of touristic hosting. In conjunction with Expo Milan 2015, it offers accommodation in houses but with typical hotel services as cleaning, assistance 7/7, events booking and Home Chefs.

A personal concierge will back tourists giving them an insight of the city, advising them on what to see and not to miss as well as suggesting them activities and itineraries.

Italianway is the result of an innovative idea conceived by the well-known Italian building company Edilpark and HQ Group, technological incubator of hi-tech projects based on Internet and Telecommunications.  Gianluca Bulgheroni - one of the founders of Italianway and Edilpark CEO - stressed their pole position in offering such a service in Italy, in a metropolitan city. The inspiring thought for Italianway, he declared, was the "diffused hotel" which integrates the beauty of renewed apartments with  Made in Italy style and design and the comfort of hotel services. Furthermore, since the New York Times elected Milan as one of the best touristic destination for 2015 (in connection to the Expo 2015 showcase), many foreign visitors are expected to visit the city. This new initiative will help facing this increasing demand in an innovative way.

As tourism is growing also business is increasing in Milan. More and more visitors are less inclined to stay in hotels; instead they go to cheaper accommodations usually in strategic positions. To cope with this increasing demand, Italianway houses are located close to the sites of interest and public transports. Moreover, they are tastefully decorated and have a competitive price/quality relationship.

Finally, guests will be offered great variety of packages. They include the Experience Packages - allowing the participants to live in Milan as a true "Milanese"- as well as other activities, exclusively planned by professionals, including cultural tours, typical cuisine tastings, and shopping.
