Stip is the innovative startup winner of "Start & Pulse", the call for innovation launched by Agos and Digital Magics. Stip has a new generation software automatizing the manual activities of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in order to allow companies to solve their clients' problems wherever they are, using a single management panel.
Start & Pulse is framed within the European programme of Open Innovation sponsored by Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, which is Agos' Whip. The call has the goal of finding startups with well-functioning prototypes and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) able to foster innovation in processes, products and services all emphasizing the "Customer Centricity". The latter is an extremely important element of Agos' business strategy and "it is more than a simple principle; instead, it is a driving force for transformation of companies like Agos in a very competitive world", Vincent Mouveroux declared as Director of Agos' strategy.
Undoubtedly, over the last few years, Agos has much invested in the development of "customer centric" innovative technologies. The chance of receiving technological support wherever they are has even changed the customers' behaviour and their expectations, who became the real protagonists of the purchase experience. In particular, clients are always asking for more personalized contents and immediate satisfaction. Therefore, offer is to be redesigned according to the customers' preferences.

The jury chose Stip over 8 strong finalists: Trueid, Cikala, Dynamitick, Emoj, Let.Life, Mobysign, Pikkart, and Red Beacon. Stip won a prize of 5.000 Euros in services and it will be able to collaborate with Agos' innovation lab.
